Red Pepper Szechuan Restaurant, Hong Kong

Asian Cooking
The red pepper restaurant in HK exists since 1970 and is one of the most famous places apart from the restaurants in hotels or those with a view on the skyline. It has several signature dishes and a great service while maintaining a decent price. All dishes are available in two sizes, and the friendly atmosphere makes it a perfect place to go with the family or friends. The waiters ask you foir the order of the plates to be served, speak English & Japanese. So you are not in the secret local place, rather in between many expats, but the food is not blended for western taste, its quite original szechuan spicy cuisine.

The outside of the restaurant as well as the inside ceiling are quite nice, and not the typical plastic stuff. The most famous dish is the fried prawns with chili sauce on a sizzling platter as seen on pic 3.
Two other good plates are the Diced chicken in Green pepper sauce (pic 1) and the Spicy Won ton (pic 2)
