Airport Munich - New Terminal

The new terminal in Munich, specially the courtyard is a new landmark in the region. Here are some pictures for you that were taken with nice autumn Sun...


The roof construction is very impressive and covers the whole court. People coming from the gates have to cross the court to go to the subway. In winter this can be quite uncomfortable.
The cars in the court are for advertising, no driving allowed here. The third picture in this row is more or less a symbol of the innovation-unfriendly spirit in Germany. Another great german development that was finally realized in China, is the magnetic levitation train, which might one day be driving to the airport... decades after the development as finished, and millions were spent for nothing.
